Goldman Sachs Invests in Data Center Energy Management Integrator Divcon Controls
Divcon Controls, a systems integrator that helps data centers to monitor, manage, optimize and reduce their energy consumption, recently secured a major investment from Goldman Sachs. Exbo Group helped ensure a smooth transition by creating reporting packages, developing financial models and projections, performing budget-to-actuals analyses, and carrying out other key financial functions.
With the new funding, Divcon plans to invest in innovative technologies that improve energy efficiency and automation in data centers. The company will be able to build out its team, infrastructure, and service capabilities to meet growing customer demand.
John Palacios, Co-Founder and Chairman at Divcon, said, “welcoming an investor like Goldman Sachs is game changing for us. Their extensive network and global reach should significantly enhance our capabilities and allow us to expand our services to a wider market.”
