Cordance recently announced the acquisition of DQ Technologies, a long-established provider of logistics and fleet operations software. Exbo Group completed the Quality of Earnings on behalf of Cordance for this deal.

The acquisition strengthens Cordance’s ability to serve the industrial distribution industry and adjacent sectors. By integrating DQ Technologies’ delivery, fleet, and workforce management capabilities, Cordance will offer distributors a more holistic platform to streamline operations, reduce complexity, and improve customer satisfaction.
