ABC Legal Services, the nation's largest service of process provider, recently announced its acquisitions of On the Run Legal Solutions (OTR) and Specialized Attorney Services (SAS), two well-established legal support firms operating in Arizona and California, respectively. Exbo Group completed the Quality of Earnings and Tax Due Diligence on behalf of ABC Legal for these deals. 

These acquisitions will allow ABC Legal to improve its capabilities in two important and fast-growing markets in the country. The company will be able to scale its operations with greater agility and deliver even more consistent, high-quality service to clients across both states.
