Noor joined Exbo Group in 2023 as an Analyst in the Transaction Services team. She supports buy-side private equity and venture capital clients throughout the entire acquisition process and also assists in the financial due diligence process.
Before joining Exbo, Noor worked at PwC IAC for over 7 years as a Senior Associate 2. In her role at PwC, Noor was responsible for managing the overall learning requirements and deployment of employees as part of the Learning and Development department. Prior to that, she was a core team member of the Investment Centre of Excellence.
Noor obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Calcutta and her Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from NMIMS GASCE. Outside of work, Noor enjoys learning about religious history, traveling, trying new food, and spending time with her family.
