Greg Criscione

Greg Criscione joined Exbo Group in 2022 and is an Analyst on the Transaction Services team. He supports buy-side private equity and venture capital clients through the full lifecycle of the acquisition process.

Greg previously worked as a Senior Associate for PwC in the Digital Assurance and Transparency practice for Banking and Capital Markets. He gained experience in analyzing accounting systems— specifically in the areas of regulation, transaction banking, and end-user computing.  

Greg attended Syracuse University where he obtained his B.S in both Accounting and Finance. Outside of work, Greg enjoys running, biking, swimming, and skiing/ snowboarding.
