Abhishek Tulshyan

Abhishek joined Exbo Group in 2021 and is an Operations Manager leading the India Team. He manages all the compliance-related activities for the India office, ensuring that the company adheres to all regulatory requirements. Abhishek also takes care of different management tasks that help in running the business efficiently, such as streamlining processes, optimizing resources, and implementing best practices. In addition, he aids both the Transaction Services and Tax teams at Exbo Group by supporting buy-side private equity and venture capital clients through the tax due diligence process, delivering findings and consulting.

Prior to Exbo, Abhishek worked as a Senior Associate II for PwC IAC and was a core team member of the Centre of Excellence.

Abhishek earned his professional qualifications of CS from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and his Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Calcutta. In addition, he actively participates in voluntary service in various non-profit organizations that focus on social welfare and community development initiatives. In his free time, he enjoys good food, bike riding, playing outdoor sports, listening to music, and traveling.
