Peter McGrath

Peter is a Senior Associate in Exbo Group’s CFO and Controllership Advisory practice. Since joining Exbo Group in 2022, he has supported clients across SaaS, direct-to-consumer,  and EdTech by providing strategic cash management insights, investor reporting packages, and financing diligence assistance. Recently, he has helped facilitate over $5M in financing for his clients.

Prior to joining Exbo Group, he worked as an Audit Senior at Deloitte within the financial services industry, serving large multinational investment banks and high-frequency trading firms. During his time there, he performed a variety of risk assessment procedures, tested procedures over clients' business controls and financial statement balances, and performed ad hoc project management.

Peter graduated from Ohio State University with a double major in Finance and Accounting. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, running, and trying out new food and drink recipes.
