Lacy Kimberling

Lacy Kimberling joined Exbo Group in late 2022 on the CFO and Controllership Advisory team. She primarily works with SaaS, direct-to-consumer, and health tech clients, assisting with cash and working capital management, accounting operations, forecasting and budgeting, and KPI reporting. Recently, she supported an $8.7M acquisition.

Prior to joining Exbo Group, Lacy worked at Ernst and Young in their Wealth and Asset Management FSO Assurance Auditing division, where she focused on hedge funds, private equity, and mutual fund clients. During these engagements, she gained experience working on both large- and small-scale engagements through auditing capital allocations, holdings, and due diligence procedures.

Lacy received both her BS in Finance and Accounting and her MS in Accounting from New York University, Stern School of Business. Lacy also holds her CPA in the State of New York. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, and reading.
