Jake Lewit

Jake Lewit joined Exbo Group in 2019 and currently leads one of the CFO & Controllership advisory teams. In his role, he actively collaborates with clients across various sectors—including health tech, ed-tech, service industries, direct-to-consumer brands, and SaaS businesses—to support fundraising, cash management, KPI development, investor relations, and budgeting.

Prior to joining Exbo, he was a Senior Associate in the Financial Services Group at BDO, specializing in leveraged debt and collateralized loan obligations (CLOs). Before that, he was an Associate in BDO's General Assurance practice.

Jake holds both a BS and an MS in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York. Beyond his professional endeavors, Jake dedicates time as Co-Chair of the Smile Train Young Leadership Circle, supporting his favorite charity, Smile Train. An avid sports fan, he enjoys playing pickup basketball. He lives on the Upper East Side with his wife and is eagerly anticipating the arrival of their first child this fall.
