Amit Jana

Amit joined Exbo Group in 2021 and is responsible for supporting ongoing financial reporting and accounting operations for various growth-stage clients. He executes month-end close procedures and contributes to process improvements to streamline business operations. Amit also helps the Accounting Transformation & Remediation function team—his primary focus is assisting clients in the software and EdTech industries with their historical accounting. Additionally, he advises his clients on how to best streamline their financial business processes, creating solutions that put them in an ideal position to scale and grow seamlessly.

Prior to joining Exbo, Amit worked as a Senior Associate 2 at PwC IAC where he assisted in the audit procedures of investments in terms of valuation as well as the existence of securities for asset management clients. He also managed the team and trained new team members.

Amit earned his MBA degree from Vidyasagar University. In his free time, Amit loves to travel, engage in nature photography, try new foods, and learn new musical instruments.
