Aashish Vyas

Aashish joined Exbo Group in 2023 as an Analyst on the Transaction Services team. He supports buy-side private equity and venture capital clients throughout the entire acquisition process. He also assists sellers in the financial due diligence process. During his time at Exbo, Aashish has worked on various deals, including the Cordance acquisition of SaaS solution provider Rubber Tree Systems. He has experience in various verticals, including SaaS, Professional Services, Financial Services, eCommerce, and Logistics.

Prior to joining Exbo, he worked as a Senior 2 at EY, where he participated in a range of financial projects and provided auditing services to clients across various industries. Before that, he was a Senior Associate at PwC, where he gained extensive experience in auditing.

Aashish earned his Bachelor's degree in Commerce and his Master's degree in Accounting & Business Administration from the University of Kota. Additionally, he completed his CA in 2020 from ICAI. Outside of work, Aashish enjoys playing sports, watching live TV and reality shows, listening to music, and spending time with loved ones.
